A lot of buyer's have been hiding out on sidelines waiting for the right moment.

Well here is some information about this moment.

On average in the Manatee/Sarasota county areas we're down to 2001 pricing in our homes. Pre boom times.

Interest rates on mortgages are below the rates in the 70s, when you could get a gallon of gas for a couple of quarters.

In fact in some cases we are at record low mortgage interest rates.

So prices are below boom times, mortgage rates are at an all time low.

Hmmm, buyers are waiting for what more exactly?
