See a deal, seal a deal

One thing about this on going buyer's market is there is good number of really good deals out there.

Now one of the key ingredients to being a great real estate investor is knowing when to pull the trigger.

I have had a couple of instances lately in the Bradenton, Sarasota, Anna Maria Island area where some great deals of come up.

If you know its a great deal, you won't be the only one. A couple of times now I have had clients hesitate only to find out that somebody else scooped up the property from under them.

If you and your agent know its a good deal so will somebody else. There are a lot of investors in the waters right now sorting through the incredible deals and they are getting them.

Problem is by the time the buyer's who hesitate finally decide to move they will probably be talking about the one that got away.
