That was foreclosure property on and off the market in a matter of hours.

That is how fast they are moving.

The good news is their are fewer and fewer on the market in Sarasota and Manatee counties which means more buyers will be looking at regular sales and short sales.

Remember national statistics show 70 percent of homeowners don't even try to short sale their home before it goes in to foreclosure.

We need to stop that madness. There are a large number of reasons not to go in to foreclosure.

For regular sellers, well prices are not going up, but again the number of distress properties to compete with are diminishing.

If you need to sell the opportunities are improving.
